Al-Anfaal·8:22
۞ إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِّ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُّ الْبُكْمُ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ٢٢
Verily, the vilest of all creatures in the sight of God are those deaf, those dumb ones who do not use their reason.
