سُورَةُ يسٓ

Yaseen · 36:10

وَسَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنْذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

thus, it is all one to them whether thou warnest them or dost not warn them: they will not believe.
