سُورَةُ المَعَارِجِ

Al-Ma'aarij · 70:41

عَلَىٰ أَنْ نُبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will].
