Surah Al-A'raaf · 7:192

وَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ لَهُمْ نَصْرًا وَلَا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَنْصُرُونَ

and neither are able to give them succour nor can succour themselves,
