Surah At-Tawba · 9:82
فَلْيَضْحَكُوا قَلِيلًا وَلْيَبْكُوا كَثِيرًا جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ
Let them, then, laugh a little - for they will weep a lot in return for what they have earned.
