سُورَةُ الرَّعۡدِ

Surah Ar-Ra'd · 13:39

يَمْحُو اللَّهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتُ ۖ وَعِنْدَهُ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ

God annuls or confirms whatever He wills [of His earlier messages] -for with Him is the source of all revelation.
