Read and reflect on verse 2101 from Surah Al-Israa: for whoever is blind [of heart] in this [world] will be blind in the life to come [as well], and still farther astray from the path [of truth]....

وَمَنْ كَانَ فِي هَٰذِهِ أَعْمَىٰ فَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ أَعْمَىٰ وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا
