Surah Ar-Room · 30:3
سُورَةُ الرُّومِ
فِىٓ أَدْنَى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَهُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ ٣
in the lands close-by; yet it is they who, notwithstanding this their defeat, shall be victorious
