Read and reflect on verse 161 from Surah Al-Baqara: And say not of those who are slain in God's cause, "They are dead": nay, they are alive, but you perceive it not....

وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ وَلَٰكِنْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ
